Cuisine emphasizes local and regional products, such as homegrown vegetables from Airlie’s organic garden. Staff will work with clients to create memorable dining experiences. Private dining can be buffet style or seated banquet.
150 tastefully appointed rooms with eight private, en suite cottage rooms. Each room is equipped with private bath, high-speed Internet, cable TV, radio-alarm clock, in-room coffee service, iron & board, hair dryer, magnetic lock. All accommodations are close to Airlie House, the Center’s hub.
