With 106 daily flights, service from 8 commercial airlines and nonstop service to 11 US cities, Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs is easily accessible and just a one-hour drive or an 18-minute flight from Denver. In many cases, the through airfare to Colorado Springs is less than flights to Denver.

38 conference rooms offering more than 40,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space supported by leading-edge technologies and an experienced, industry-savvy conference center staff. A variety of large general session and smaller breakout rooms, including an executive board room and tiered amphitheater, provide the optimum setting for every training and professional development need. In spring 2011, the property completed a $15-million renovation that included equipping all meeting spaces with new carpet, wall coverings and furnishings as well as updating all technologies.

Meeting Equipment

From informative PowerPoint presentations to high-impact multi-media product launches, our in-house Media Center, audio-visual warehouse and highly trained technicians support the simple to the sophisticated. Our production facilities feature digital non-linear editing by AVID-certified staff. Front or rear screen projection capabilities in all meeting rooms are available to display computer and video images using a variety of DPL, LCD or CRT projectors.

Meeting Support Services

The Business Service Center is centrally located to all conference rooms and offers a variety of pre, post and on-demand meeting support assistance. The center’s staff can also provide secure networking at all levels of service and support. A staff of professional technicians supplies digital photography and IT services. On-site experiential learning programs are available.

Transportation

On-site transportation provided to and from the Colorado Springs Airport. Excursion transportation provided through local transportation providers.
