Wine Sensory Analysis - 10.30am to 1.00pm

Come and experience a hands-on workshop where we not only gain some essentials in wine, but additionally explore our own tasting abilities. We will experience a series of food agents that emphasize various components (differing chemical properties) and then bridge those perceptions to a given flight of wines.

Entry to this workshop including buffet lunch to conclude is $100 for IACC members and $125 for non-members.

Join IACC Americas President TJ Fimmano and Board Director Dan Techman, for a roundtable event for IACC's members in the Chicago area. this lively meeting will include a update on the initiatives IACC is undertaking and members will discuss regional IACC activities and network with fellow members.

IACC US Copper Skillet Cook-Off

US Copper Skillet Cook-Off - 4.00pm to 5.30pm

Join us for IACC’s exciting annual US Cook-off of the Copper Skillet Competition where IACC member chefs from around the country compete for the coveted US Copper Skillet award.

Promising to be a fantastic event and culinary performance, come along and be a part of the action as chefs race against the clock to prepare their top dishes in 30 minutes. The cook-off and reception will offer members the chance to network with fellow IACC colleagues as well as to enjoy the theater of the live cook-off!

The champion chef will join the winning chefs from Canada at the Americas Chapter Final on January 23, 2015 at the Bonaventure Resort & Spa.

Entry to the Copper Skillet event costs $50 per person to include light hors d'oeuvres and drinks.
