Former private estate located 30 minutes from Greensboro’s Piedmont Triad International Airport in Winston-Salem. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Meeting Facilities

15,000 square feet of unique meeting and function space with 25 meeting rooms throughout the 55-acre estate. Capacity of 240 attendees. All meeting rooms furnished with fully adjustable ergonomically designed conference chairs.

Services

Butler on staff. Daily newspaper, VIP services, parking, turndown service, shoe shine, courier services, off-site activity arrangements. Conference coordinators assist planners with all details of the conference from pre-arrival through final execution.

Dining & Entertainment

Specially designed rotating menus created by award-winning chefs are part of the Complete Meeting Package. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet style to keep meetings on pace, while dinner is leisurely with table service and an upscale menu. Grille Room open every evening for cocktails, cigars, and a light menu. A wide range of themed events and parties can be coordinated on site.

Accommodations

98 exquisitely decorated guest rooms ranging from intimate rooms to expansive suites. Pillow-top mattresses, cozy chairs, luxurious bathrobes, and dedicated work area in each room. Many rooms feature marble baths and antique furnishings. High-speed Internet access available in all guest rooms.

Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, exercise room, jogging trails, tennis court, volleyball, croquet, badminton, basketball and billiards all on site. Golf packages available for nearby championship courses. Spa services can be arranged on site.
