Managing Director Natalie O’Brien & Co
Natalie runs a consultancy specialising in the Business of Experiences. Natalie and her team work with senior executives to develop customer experience strategies that underpin the purpose of an organization and inform business and marketing plans.
Natalie was at the helm of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival for 15 years and was recognised among ‘Australia’s 50 most influential people in food’ in Gourmet Traveller.
Her contribution to Australia’s food and wine industry has been recognised through a collection of awards, most notably Melbourne Awards – Contribution to Profile to Melbourne, Australian Gourmet Traveller Peoples’ Choice Award, and the RACV Victorian Tourism Awards (Hall of Fame) award for “Major Festivals and Events”. Mostly recently she was honoured in the 2019 Australia Day honours list and inducted as a member of the order of Australia for her contribution to wine, tourism and the community.
Natalie currently sits on several boards and committees including The Global Table agri business event, School of the Visitor Economy Advisory Board – Victoria University, Global Business College of Australia industry advisory board.
Director Social Media Profiles
Annabel studied business, majoring in marketing and has completed a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Management. She has more than twenty-five years sales and marketing experience within the Tourism & Business Events industry. She began her career with Tourism and Events Queensland and has worked for renowned businesses including Qantas Australian Resorts, P&O Australian Resorts, Voyages Hotels and Resorts and Brisbane Convention Bureau (Brisbane Marketing).
Currently she runs her own firm Strategic Social Profiles, assisting busy professionals and small business owners with their social media profiles and social media strategies. Annabel also works as a consultant in the Business Events Industry and is a Sessional Lecturer & Industry Mentor and Course Coordinator at the University of Queensland, Tourism Department.
Throughout her career Annabel has taken on a number of voluntary roles including: Chairperson for the Bureau Exchange group as part of the Association of Australian Convention Bureaus, committee member of the Australian Association Project, Program Chair MEA of the 24th Annual Conference in 2011, and a member of The University of Queensland Business School Tourism Industry Advisory Board.
Founder Insight Collective Group
Kylie is a founding director of Insight Collective Group and several family owned businesses. Kylie has 17 years’ experience in corporate account management, strategic visioning, business management, small business systems, tools and processes, coaching, training and development.
Kylie’s areas of expertise include Individual, Business, Executive Coaching and Mentoring, Corporate Training design and delivery, Keynote Human Behaviour Speaker, Customer Service, Sales, Leadership Training and Start-up Business Strategy.
Kylie is an internationally accredited Extended DISC Master Trainer, Coach for Institute of Social + Emotional Intelligence, Neurolinguistic Programming and Hypnosis practitioner.
Kylie is an active member for the International Centre for Democratic Partnerships (ICDP) Pacific Dialogues in Brisbane and Fiji and is currently developing a project to support mobility for inaccessibility.
