The only IACC-accredited hotel conference center in New York City glows with new style and life. Take advantage of the dependable space and productive amenities -- such as updated rooms, technology and comforts. As of spring 2007, 112,000 square feet of conference space has been completely transformed. Utilize 45 meeting rooms that span seven floors, superior connectivity including WiFi in all public spaces, Internet kiosks on each floor and T1 lines in every meeting room. Designed to accommodate large groups, the new 4th floor Times Square room holds a classroom of 102. This space changes from tech-smart meeting room to high-style banquet space with the flip of a switch. The Times Square room’s built-in adaptability proved so popular that another space with the same size and capacity was added on the 6th floor. Millennium Broadway is also home to the 1903 landmark Hudson Theatre, which is the only Broadway theater regularly available for meetings and events. The Hudson Theatre enters its second century with new beauty and authenticity, thanks to ongoing restoration. Retrofitted to handle the most exacting technical requirements, the Hudson Theatre offers flexible and moveable seating, as well as Broadway-quality lighting and sound. The Hudson Theatre is a versatile space, seating 700 theater style, 300 banquet style and 200 classroom style.

Groups are invited to enjoy ever-changing international buffets in our private Club Dining at lunchtime. The catering team will also create sophisticated private dinner options, ranging from a gourmet sit-down meal to culinary sushi. Groups can also dine at Restaurant Charlotte, open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This lobby-level restaurant and bar serves fresh seasonal American fare.
