Location
The Executive Conference Center is a dedicated venue within a venue — located in the Phoenix Convention Center's West Building. Located in the heart of downtown's business and entertainment district, attendees are within walking distance of theaters, dining, sporting events and five major hotels. The Executive Conference Center is just four miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and is on the METRO light rail line.
Meeting Facilities
The 21,000 square feet of the conference center were built to IACC standards, including 16 meeting rooms, lecture hall and boardroom. The lecture hall accommodates 192 guests, 4 translation booths, a 10,000-lumen projector and an audience response voting system. The boardroom hosts 14 guests, offers full A/V capabilities, a butler pantry for uninterrupted service, and an adjacent private reception room.

The Day Meeting Package price structure features a simple per-person, per-day fee that includes an all-inclusive meeting experience and single-point-of-contact service.
All DMP meal services are provided by Aventura Catering and conference users will experience an exceptional dining experience.
