The junior and senior winners from the United States and Canada Cook-offs will advance to stage 2 of the competition—at the Americas Chapter Cook-off—where they will compete to advance to the final stage of the competition. The Americas chapter cook-off will take place between 4pm – 6pm ET on February 15 at the Chase Center on the Riverfront, 815 Justison St, Wilmington, DE 19801. The final stage of the competition is the Global Copper Skillet Final taking place on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, in Los Angeles, where six chefs will vie for the coveted Copper Skillet award!
