The Danish Heat of the IACC Copper Skillet competition will take place on Monday 17 April at 4:00 – 6:00 PM, with the winners being announced at 21:00 PM.

Two winners, one Senior (26 and over), and one Junior (under 26), from the Danish heat will go on to compete in the European Copper Skillet Final at the Europe Knowledge Festival in Denmark on Saturday 7th October 2023.
The judging criteria will include originality of the creation, technique, presentation, textures, balance of flavour combinations, and the hygiene standard of your workstation. All dishes created must be suitable for service in a conference centre setting.
