The competition is open to any chef working in any IACC member venue in France.

Two winners, one Senior (26 and over), and one Junior (under 26), from the Benelux heat will go on to compete in the European semi-final in the Netherlands during the IACC Europe Conference on 24th – 26th September 2016. The European Senior and Junior champions will then go on to compete against those from The Americas and Asia-Pacific semi-finals, at the IACC Americas Conference in the USA in spring 2017.
