Overview
IACC is pleased to announce a new collaborative event with beam, bringing together venue operators and agency professionals from across the UK and Europe.
The IACC–BEAM International Forum will provide a unique platform for IACC members to engage directly with third-party agency meeting planners, showcase their venues and build valuable new business relationships in a focused and high-quality environment.
This enhanced forum introduces a stronger international dimension, welcoming IACC members from across Europe to participate as exhibitors and connect with a high-quality network of UK and global agency buyers.

Event Format & Agenda (Indicative)
17:30 – Suppliers / Exhibitors arrival and set-up
18:00 – 18:30 – Agency arrivals
19:00 – 21:00 – Expo open with bowl food and drinks reception
21:00 – Agency prize draw
22:00 – Exhibition closes (agents overnight stay)
The forum will run as a dynamic 4-hour exhibition and networking experience, designed to maximise engagement between venues and agency buyers in a relaxed and productive setting.
