US Copper Skillet Cook-off
Deadline for entries is November 5!
The U.S. competition will be held on December 5, 2019, at Mission Bay Conference Center at UCSF, San Francisco, California. Finalists will then head to The Americas Chapter Cook-off in Philadelphia on January 15, 2020.
Any chef working in an IACC member venue in the US may enter!
The US champion junior and senior chefs must supply 1) a recipe for an entrée that is a signature dish for the chef and/or property that is featured on banquet menus, 2) two high-resolution photos of the final plate, 3) menus of your conference dining rotation, 4) chef biography and 5) a high-resolution chef photo.
