UK Members Cook Off Competition
The competition is open to any chef working in an IACC member venue in the UK.
Two winners, one Senior (28 and over), and one Junior (under 28), from the UK heat will go on to compete in the Europe Copper Skillet Final at the Europe Knowledge Festival in Germany 18 – 20 October 2026.
The judging criteria will include originality of the creation, technique, presentation, textures, balance of flavour combinations, and the hygiene standard of your workstation. All dishes created must be suitable for service in a conference centre setting.
Places to compete are limited, so register as soon as possible HERE , closing date for entries is Friday 10 July. The entry fee is £150 per chef and will be invoiced upon confirmation.
