About the Panel 

The way we look at food is changing right across the globe and conferences and event food and beverage is no different.  Influenced by a number of factors including health and wellbeing and foods sustainability and impact on the environment.  The collective minds of some of the meetings industry’s experts on the evolvement of the culinary offer, they will introduce participants to some foods they will not have seen on their conference menus before. If you do not know your Chia seed from your adzuki bean, then this session is for you.
