Program Highlights:

GENERAL SESSION & CE ACCREDITED BREAKOUT SESSIONS

A highly interactive and engaging general session will explore the critical part Food and Beverage plays in creating a memorable experience for delegates at conferences and meetings and how we can deliver culinary elements to ensure ultimate engagement. Following this session there will be a number of smaller breakout sessions available which will tackle hot topics trends and research to help plan smarter meetings!
GLOBAL COPPER SKILLET COMPETITION
Six chefs from around the globe will compete in the final round of the 2018 Copper Skillet Challenge. Their dishes will be judged by culinary masters like Iron Chef Jose Garces. May the best chef win!
