The North Sea Heat of the IACC Copper Skillet competition will take place on Monday 17 January 2022  (location and start time to be confirmed shortly

The competition is open to any chef working in an The competition is open to any chef working in any IACC member venue in the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany, Spain and Switzerland

Two winners, one Senior (26 and over), and one Junior (under 26), from the UK heat will go on to compete in the Nestle Global Copper Skillet Final in Las Vegas on 15 March 2022.

The judging criteria will include originality of the creation, technique, presentation, textures, balance of flavour combinations, and the hygiene standard of your workstation. All dishes created must be suitable for service in a conference centre setting.
