You’ve probably seen cooking competitions on TV, but there’s nothing like seeing (and smelling!) top chefs under pressure to create extraordinary dishes before your very eyes! Experience it all live as the nation’s best go head-to-head for a place at the Global Copper Skillet Finale. Mission Bay will serve onlookers scrumptious food and drink to inspire a creative afternoon focused on the critical roll food and beverage plays in creating exceptional meeting experiences.

Educational Session

IACC CEO Mark Cooper will lead a session looking at the evolution of food and beverage in the meetings and events space along with the top trends and leading advancements uncovered by the latest Meeting Room of the Future research. Learn practical ways to take your culinary ideas to the next level and create experiences that WOW your clients!
