The Sweden Heat of the IACC Copper Skillet competition will take place on Monday 28 March 2022 at 6:00 PM
The competition is open to any chef working in an The competition is open to any chef working in any IACC member venue in Sweden.
Two winners, one Senior (26 and over), and one Junior (under 26), from the Swedish heat will go on to compete in the Nestle Global Copper Skillet Final in Las Vegas on 24 May 2022.
The judging criteria will include originality of the creation, technique, presentation, textures, balance of flavour combinations, and the hygiene standard of your workstation. All dishes created must be suitable for service in a conference centre setting.
