UK Members Cook Off Competition 

The UK heat of the IACC Copper Skillet competition will take place on Friday 03 July at Wyboston Lakes (start time to be confirmed once number of entries is known) 

The competition is open to any chef working in an IACC member venue in the UK.

Two winners, one Senior (26 and over), and one Junior (under 26), from the UK heat will go on to compete in the European final in Dusseldorf, Germany during the IACC Europe Knowledge Festival  09 – 11 October 2020. The European Senior and Junior champions will then go on to compete against those from The Americas and Australia Asia-Pacific finals, at the IACC Americas Conference in the USA in spring 2021.

The judging criteria will include originality of the creation, technique, presentation, textures, balance of flavour combinations, and the hygiene standard of your workstation. All dishes created must be suitable for service in a conference centre setting.
