IACC 2023 U.S. Copper Skillet

Join us for the first stage of the Global Copper Skillet Competition as U.S. chefs face off against one another in IACC’s annual culinary competition. This action-packed 45 minutes highlights both the artistry and skill of IACC’s finest chefs, with only two U.S. chefs (junior and senior) advancing to the second stage. At the Americas Chapter competition, two U.S. and two Canadian chefs will compete for only two spots at the final stage, the Global Copper Skillet Competition, where six chefs from Europe, Australia/Asia, and North America will showcase their skills on the main stage at IACC Americas Knowledge Exchange, April 18-20, 2024. Two chefs will take home the coveted copper skillet award.
