IACC’s Online Learning Expands with E-learning

This month IACC launched the latest online e-learning program for members. IACC E-learning, part of the IACC Institute of learning, provides members with online courses to develop important sales, marketing and customer service skills.

Each online course can be completed online and concludes with a test for students. The initial course line up includes:

  • The Sales Process
  • Prospecting with Purpose
  • Overcoming Objections
  • Negotiate Your Way to Success
  • Winning Closes
  • Turning Internet Data into Sales
  • Managing Customer Relationships
  • Mastering Power Writing
  • Advanced Negotiations
  • Time & Territory Management
  • Managing Your Team (for Sales Leaders & GMs)

All completed and passed courses will provide continued education credits towards your IACC Certificate in Conference Venue Management, or can simply be taken on a course by course basis.

TJ Fimmano, head of the IACC global education project group commented “in a recent global survey of members, education was cited as a leading reason for membership and we are thrilled to add to our online program, by introducing e-learning with a test and certification for those who complete courses.

All courses can be subscribed to and started at any time and students can log in to continue learning at times to suit your schedule.
