Sales & Marketing Member Audits Underway to Help Members Stand Out from the Crowd

Over the last 2 months, IACC has been undertaking property member sales and marketing audits. By the end of the year, all marketed IACC member venues will have had an audit undertaken by IACC’s partner, Master Connection Associates.

IACC’s CEO Mark Cooper comments “We are often asked about how to use IACC certification to greater effect and alongside our training programs, learning opportunities at events and guides such as our Guide to Membership, we wanted to give our members a more personal evaluation of their current use of IACC in their marketing and in terms of staff awareness”.

Each member will receive a post audit report and score in terms of effective use of the IACC brand, along with advice on how to be more effective.

Susan Liston, board member and Vice President of Aramark Sales and Marketing for Aramark further comments “At the annual member’s conference in April 2018, we will be recognizing and awarding those member venues who excel in using their IACC certification to leverage their position against the competition. It is certainly proving popular with our property teams and there is nothing like a little competition to create a buzz amongst our team!”.
