IACC Business Event Venue Study Tour – Paris, France
Join us for a IACC guided tour of some of the most impressive meeting and conference focused venues in and around paris on Monday 7th and Tuesday 8th July 2025.
This one night, one-day IACC event will explore leading venues in the the French capital, in partnership with La CLÉ, a 212 venue collective throughout France. During this tour, IACC members will learn about unique meeting space design, technology, hospitality services, and operations.
We look forward to welcoming those who operate conference and learning spaces, coming together to network, ideate and share their experiences of similar demands and professional objectives in the corporate services environment.
The experience will include exposure and insight to at least 5 corporate and conference focused venues, transportation (excluding to the first overnight venue location) and meals. The experience will include exposure and insight to the design and operation of these venues. The event begins with a networking evening and dinner at Chateauform’ Château de Nointel. A optional bus transfer to the airport leaving central Paris at 5pm is also included.

Tuesday 8th July 2025
7:30 to 8:15am – Breakfast at Nointel
8:30 am. – Coach travel into central Paris
9.30 to 5pm – Touring 5 central Paris venues, including lunch at one. Venues to be advised in Spring.
5:00 pm – Optional coach transfer to Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)*
*estimated time 30-60 minutes traffic dependant. Or participants can make their own way to their next destination at the end of the tour where bags can be collected.
