Job Description

The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for overseeing the company’s sales and marketing programs as well as the creative department by developing and implementing strategic objectives. They will direct, coordinate, train and supervise the Sales, Creative and Marketing team in all sales-related activities, including setting the overall strategy, direct sales efforts, follow-up and proper sales administration. This position is also responsible for growing existing accounts and generating new business to ensure that Room revenues meet or exceed budget in order to maximize revenue and profits, and to improve the property’s performance in the marketplace.
