Your Contribution
Overall Responsibilities:
To supervise the food and beverage evening operations which includes the Jet Set Pub and/or other Outlets. Is responsible for Manager on Duty coverage as required.
Essential Functions:
a. Effectively manage, direct and coordinate Pub and/or other Outlet operations.
b. Strong focus on guest satisfaction/experience, driving revenues.
c. Direct involvement in the coordination of any events scheduled in the outlets.
d. Responsible for check settlement in micros upon completion of events to promote efficient billing.
e. Full-fill the role of “MOD” – Manager on Duty.
f. Be present on the floor to observe staff and ensure customers are satisfied with service.
g. Review and maintain the standard operating procedures for all frontline staff.
h. Schedule to promote highest productivity and customer service.
i. Complete regular training and evaluation of staff to ensure professionalism and great guest experience.
j. Quality control of products and presentations.
k. Quarterly inventory of china, glass, flatware, linen, chairs, tables and display items.
l. Attend BEO meetings to obtain function/event information to educate and prepare staff.
m. Conduct regular departmental meetings to improve service / seek employee feedback.
n. Be aware and ensure compliance with all current Health & Safety and licensing policies and legislation.
o. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
p. Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
q. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
r. Maintains key control of operations and responsible for activities to ensure opening, closing and daily procedures are completed.
