Reactive & proactive sales manager, based in London area
To accompany us in our development of the UK, USA and Ireland markets
Your clients : various contacts : HR directors, CEOs, Sales and marketing executives, PAs, EAs… from large international companies.
Your Goal : Introduce Chateauform to new contacts, advise our clients and offer a good service, to grow our portfolio of clients and increase repeat business.
Dynamic, enthusiastic, good customer relationship, take initiatives and have the sense of responsibilities
Like to provide a good service and a pleasant experience to customers
Attention to detail

Know how to build a professional and sincere relationship
Previous experience in Sales in London in hotel/travel industry
Good knowledge of London Market
Travel internationally once every 6 weeks for 1 to 4 days
Speak French fluently- Mandatory
Your mission :
You would report to Director of sales responsible for export business. In charge of dealing with demand and finding new contacts and convert them to clients by phone calls, emailing, visits, marketing campaigns…
Potential to grow in the team and become “ number 2” quickly
Put in place a list of target companies to grow our business
Follow the commercial development strategy to increase the notoriety of Chateauform’ in the UK, find new clients and increase our sales turnover.
Respond to incoming and convert them at a good rate.
Phoning email and other actions to increase our client portfolio
Ensure you build good professional relationships with the clients and prospects.
Follow up with your new clients to ensure repeat business
Work towards the team goal with the team
Ensure you represent Chateauform’ and its values to all our clients: good service, honesty, integrity, flexibility.
Practical info :
Salary 30K£ per annum + bonus scheme
Work from home, laptop and phone provided, internet charges reimbursed, lunch allowance.
Training period and other meetings will involve travels
