Copper Skillet Program Details

Once again, we are proud to announce that we have begun planning for IACC’s 16th Annual Copper Skillet Global Chef of the Year Competition.

IACC invites Canadian chefs to submit entries for the IACC Copper Skillet Cook-off

There are two categories of entry:
1. A senior category (26 years of age and older)
2. A junior category (under 26 years)

The junior and senior winners from the Canadian Cook-off will advance to stage 2 of the competition—at the Americas Chapter Cook-off—where they will compete against the American junior and senior chefs.

The final stage of the competition is the Global Copper Skillet Final taking place on Thursday, April 11, 2019, in Toronto, where six chefs will vie for the coveted Copper Skillet award.
