For main contacts and administrators
Manage your organisation
Approved administrators can switch from their own profile to the organisation profile, maintain connected contacts and update most organisation details.
01
Sign in to your own profile
Use your organisational email address and password at iacconline.org/members, then open Membership Profile.
02
Switch to the organisation
If you are the main contact or have administrator permission, choose Switch Profile and select your organisation.
03
Manage connected contacts
Open Relationships to review contacts. Select Edit beside a person to update their contact information or permissions.
04
Request an organisation or venue name change
You can edit and save other organisation details in the portal. To change the name of your organisation or venue, email info@iacconline.org with the current name, the requested new name and your contact details. The IACC team will make the change for you.
05
Add a colleague when required
From the organisation profile, add a new contact and ensure they are correctly connected to the organisation.
06
Return and log out
Switch back to your personal profile when finished, then return to the member area or log out.
Need a hand?
Cannot see Switch Profile? Your account may not have administrator permission. To change your organisation or venue name, email info@iacconline.org and ask the IACC team to update it for you.
03
For venue listing managers
Keep your venue visible
Your IACC directory listing is a public showcase for meeting planners. Keep imagery, capacity, contact details and descriptions current so relevant enquiries can find you.
01
Open the listing manager
Visit the venue listing login page. This is separate from the main member portal.
02
Use the venue credentials
Enter the property-specific username and password provided by IACC. The username is not an email address.
03
Open your directory listing
Confirm the venue name shown at the top of the page, then choose Edit Directory Listing.
04
Refresh the essentials
Check the enquiry email, venue website, logo, main image and image gallery. You can add up to 20 images.
05
Strengthen search information
Add useful detail about location, meeting facilities, distinctive features and indoor or outdoor team-building options. Richer descriptions improve results in IACC’s AI-powered venue finder.
06
Check capacity and connectivity
Review meeting and guest rooms, maximum group size, largest and total meeting space, and Wi-Fi bandwidth.
07
Save and sign out
Save the listing, return to the listing manager page and log out.
Need a hand?
Venue listing credentials are separate from your member login. Contact IACC if you need the authorised username or password, or if the venue name or address has changed.
