Meeting Goal / Vision
We would be starting at around 5:30pm on Sunday and ended at around 1:30pm on Tuesday. We would want to have all means except for Monday dinner, when we would go out (i.e., we'd have Sunday dinner, Monday & Tuesday breakfast and lunch) at the conference center. It is a retreat for rabbis, so we wouldn't want to serve meat, chicken or shellfish (though other fish such as salmon are okay).We'd also want to have snacks. We will probably have some AV needs and we'd need an unobstructed open space for 35 people, as well as smaller breakout space (though if necessary people could spread around the larger room).
