Hi there,
I'm reaching out to inquire about availability and group pricing for a company retreat at the Rizzo Center for the following dates:
Dates: Sunday, October 18 – Thursday, October 23, 2026 (3-4 nights)
Group size: ~48 attendees
Rooms needed: 48 single-occupancy rooms (some may arrive Sunday, majority Monday)
We're looking for:
A room block of ~48 rooms for the full stay (or a tiered block — ~20 Sunday night, full 48 Monday–Wednesday, some departing Thursday morning)
Dedicated meeting/conference space for general sessions (~48 people) — mornings, Monday through Wednesday
Group meal options — ideally we'd like to discuss buyout or catered options for dinners and at least some lunches on-site
Any group activity or experience packages your team offers
About us: We're a ~48-person company based nationwide, planning our annual all-company retreat. We're looking for a home base for three full days of meetings and team activities, with easy access to local experiences in the afternoons.
