We are looking for rental of a conference room for the main plenary (circle set up with chairs for 40 to 75 people, 4 flipcharts 4 rectangular tables off to the side); 2 break out conference rooms (one set up with chairs in a circle for 15 people, flipchart and a rectangular table off to the side; and the other room set-up with 5 tables with 8 to 10 chairs around it, a projector, 1 flipchart and a rectangular table to the side); guest rooms for 75 people (71 single room accommodations and 2 double room accommodations); meals from dinner Friday to Sun lunch; coffee, tea, water, juice beverage service & snack for mid-morning, mid- afternoon and after dinner at 6:45pm; use of the outdoor fire pit; we arrive between 2:00p.m. and 3:00p.m. and depart ~ 3:00pm. after cleaning up to the standards Donald Gordon Center expects.
