This is the annual scientific meeting for the Academy, the leading scientific organization for the filed of behavioral medicine

Services and Facilities Required:
1. Meeting Rooms:
Currently the requirements are for one meeting room with classroom-style seating. However, the program is still in development and there is a possibility we will need 2-3 break out rooms.
2. Audio-Visual Equipment:
Projector and screen suitable for the room size, microphone and audio for the speaker and for laptop presentations. Capable of Zoom for speakers who cannot attend the meeting
3. Accommodation:
Based on past conferences we will need 80 – 100 rooms.
4. Catering Services:
Arrival cocktail reception with dinner
Breakfast, Breaks, lunch and dinner for three days
