Guests to arrive Sunday 11/10/2024 and leave 11/15 or 11/16.
Meeting space for attendees Monday – Friday 8am-6pm. Set up to facilitate discussion ie. participants can see eachother and the instructor is not looking at the back of attendee heads.
Breakfast + Lunch Monday – Friday for attendees. Coffee/tea during the day and possibly an afternoon snack.
AV Request:
2 screens = 1 screen to display slides + 1 screen to display virtual attendees
Microphones = multiple around the room so virtual attendees can hear in-person attendee discussion.
Speakers = Ability for in-person/instructor to hear virtual attendee questions/comments.
Outlets/Powerstrips = Attendees are encouranged to take notes on their personal laptops.
Camera = located in the center which the instructor can face/look into for virtual attendee engagement. Only used as guest in zoom room.
