Two instructors will arrive already April 18 and will need a stay with breakfast. 9 people will arrive Sunday, the remaining 3 will not need accommodation at all. All will leave Friday 24th. April
Setup according to attached document. A large meeting room with a setup in U-shape + two smaller rooms in board room setup. Projector is only needed in the large room.
We will need a lot of wall space and large post-it. Two flip charts each on a stand in the large room + one each in the breakout rooms.
