My company, Safer Buildings Coalition is a small non-profit that provides public safety training to firefighters, police, emergency personnel, construction/electrical trade, school safety members and other code officials. We are looking to hosting a two-day In-Building Tech, Wireless & School Safety Summit in the DC area. Specifics for our event include:
• Large presentation room and separate networking/partner area (pipe & draping for exhibitor booths)
• Desired event date: 6/8/26 (setup), 6/9/25, 6/10/25
• Setup time: day before from 12pm-8pm
• Access to space day of event: 6:30am-8pm
• Seating in half rounds for 250-300 people
• AV: Front Screen projection, one or two screens depending on room set up. Small stage to accommodate Podium and up to 7 Executive chairs/stools, WiFi, audio, 6 wireless handheld mics, 2 lapel mics, video switcher/scaler, confidence monitor
• Catering: continental breakfast with non-alcoholic drinks; lunches with non-alcoholic drinks; snack break; late afternoon hors d’ oeuvres with beer & wine
