Meeting Goal / Vision
Our goal is to meet, discus and bond during these days, and off course to share information and inspire our leaders. We seldom meet face to face and we need to get together more and especially as I wrote ; inspire ourself so we can take that further into the organization.
Additional Information
We would like to have conference during the day where we will invite external speakers and show information on power points etc. we will need video and sound and big screens. Preferably we would like to be seated as banquet/islands, if that is not possible and we have a theatre seating we will need break out rooms. We would like to arrive one day aheaad and leave one day after the conference, meaning we will need 3 nights hotel for 70 people. We would like to engage in some physical activity and / or bounding activity.
We would also like to have dinner at your place all three noghts. If we are able to have differnet type of foods or if there are diffreent restaurants that would be prefered.
