Meeting Goal / Vision
Hi,
I'm Jeorjia Law, and I'm inquiring on behalf of L'Oréal USA. The upcoming event will take place from October 26th, 2026 to October 30th, 2026.
Space & Breakout Requirements:
Breakout Rooms: We require 7-8 breakout spaces.
Privacy: These spaces must be highly private (if not entirely private).
Capacity & Setup: Each space only needs to accommodate 5-6 people. High-end AV tech is not required; a suite-style setup would be perfectly suitable.
Participant & Staffing Updates:
Participant Count: To manage the budget effectively, we are targeting 35 participants for this first pilot (down from 40).
Facilitator Housing: We require housing for 4 facilitators for the full duration.
Actor Facilitators: We need housing for 8 actor facilitators for 1-2 nights.
Housing Strategy & Budget Management:
Total Room Block: Based on 35 participants + facilitators, the peak night requirement is approximately 47-50 rooms.
Venue
Please confirm your ability to provide in-house catering for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
We require AV support including screens/projectors, HDMI connections, microphones, and speakers.
We are interested in options for seamless transportation or shuttle services between the hotel and major transit hubs (airport/train).
Please note the meeting schedule entails full days Monday through Thursday, concluding after breakfast (approx. 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM) on Friday.
