MassDNA 2026 Inaugural Annual Conference
ADE and partners across the state will convene 150-200 digital navigators working inside of healthcare systems, libraries, Councils on Aging, in businesses, at community-based organizations and municipalities to advance digital access and digital literacy across the Commonwealth. Co-designed by digital navigators working in the field, the program areas will focus on professional development and cross-pollination of strategies, networks and outcomes of this emerging field.

Digital navigators are an emerging field of trusted community-based tech helpers who support residents in accessing telehealth, education, employment, benefits, housing and essential online services.
