Main plenary conference room large enough to host 75 people (set up in a large circle with chairs, 4 flipcharts one in each corner of the room, 1 projector, 2 to 3 rectangular tables off to the side), 3 breakout rooms (2 rooms set-up with circle of ~15 chairs, 1 rectangular table to the side; the other room set-up with 4 to 5 tables with 8 to 10 chairs at each table, a projector and a rectangular table off to the side). The conference rooms to have lots of natural light. Meals from Thurs evening to Sunday lunch. Coffee/tea/water/juice beverage service during morning, afternoon and evening break.
