3 breakout rooms (1 room set up with 4 to 5 tables with 8 to 10 chairs around the table, a projector and a rectangular table to the side; the other 2 rooms set-up with ~15 chairs in a circle and rectangular table to the side), 1 main plenary conference room to hold ~75 people in a large circle (with a projector and a flipchart stand & pad in each corner of the room for breakout sessions), meals (dinner Thurs through to lunch on Sunday). Request that the conference rooms have lots of natural light.
