My name is Maya, and I’m reaching out on behalf of a company planning a team offsite. We’re currently looking for a special venue for a group of around 45-50 people, ideally offering a combination of accommodation, meeting spaces, meals, and team-building activities.
We would like to know if you could accommodate a group of our size for a 3-4 day offsite. Specifically, we’re looking for:
Sleeping arrangements for approximately 50 people
One main meeting room and a few breakout spaces (including IT equipment)
Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Optional wine tour / tasting / team activity on the first day
Another nice activity on the second day, in the evening
We are looking at availability sometime during the last week of march. I understand this might be tricky, but please let me know if there is any chance to make it happen.
