IACC Associate Membership is designed for suppliers who are committed to supporting the world’s leading meetings, conference, and training-focused venues. By becoming an IACC Approved Supplier, you demonstrate your dedication to product and service excellence across conference hotels, corporate meeting facilities and experiential business event venues.
Why become a Supplier Member?
One of the greatest strengths of IACC membership is the Association’s ability to bring together a wide group of prospective and current clients in an environment designed for building business relationships. Many of our Associate Members tell us that they would never have the sales and marketing reach to engage individually with every IACC venue. Through IACC events, forums, and communities, suppliers gain access to our global membership in a collective and cost-effective way, with opportunities to connect, demonstrate expertise, and create long-standing client partnerships.
Benefits of joining IACC
By joining, you also gain access to the full suite of IACC member benefits, including participation in professional communities, venue study tours, virtual meetings and webinars. Our current Associate Members are trusted, long-standing partners of the IACC network, and they value the opportunities to grow their business while contributing to the innovation and excellence of the meetings industry.
There are 5 categories of membership available globally which have eligibility criteria as follows:
Full (venue) – Available to residential and non-residential venues with meeting facilities. This includes hotels, conference centers/centres, corporate, academic, experiential venues and other commercially available training and meeting venues.
Annual company wide dues from USD$1,500 in the Americas, £865 in Europe and AUD$1,500 in Australia Asia Pacific.
Experiential (venue) – Venues that include meeting facilities may include; sporting stadiums, vineyards, ranches, working farms, zoos, museums and other similar high level experiential venues, with no more than 20 guest rooms.
Annual company wide dues from USD$900 in the Americas, £865 in Europe and AUD$1,640 in Australia Asia Pacific.
Associate (suppliers) – Available to companies who supply goods and services to IACC venues.
Annual company wide dues from USD$2,300 in the Americas, £975 in Europe and AUD$900 in Australia Asia Pacific.
Friend of IACC (including meeting planners) – Reserved for individuals who do not qualify for Full, Experiential or Associate membership or any other category of membership.
Individual dues from USD$275 in the Americas, £235 in Europe and AUD$285 in Australia Asia Pacific.
Faculty / Student – Reserved for those delivering or undertaking in education in hospitality and/or venue management.
Individual dues from USD$130 in the Americas, £130 in Europe and AUD$125 in Australia Asia Pacific.
Management Company/Group – Available to management companies operating one or more IACC certified venue.
Annual company wide dues from USD$3,050 in the Americas, £740 in Europe and AUD$865 in Australia Asia Pacific.
