Whether your meeting is large or small, we have beautiful spaces to meet your needs. Every Beckman Center meeting room is exceptionally well-equipped, including equipment and services that are costly extras at other facilities.

Business Services

Full-time, on-site, and Microsoft and Audio Visual certified, our staff of experts brings more than 20 years of technical IT and professional audio visual experience to their work. Always available during your meeting, staff members carry walkie-talkie radios to ensure a speedy response. Our Business Center can help you keep up with your responsibilities back at the office. Whether you need to photocopy a document or print a boarding pass, meeting planners and participants have access to our full-service business center. Use of the Internet, PCs, and printers is included at no charge; other equipment is on a per-page basis.
