Overview
Conference Hotel ‘Kontakt der Kontinenten’, which means as much as ‘the point of contact for all continents’, consists of two historic buildings: the former mission house Sint Jan and the former monastary the Cenakel. With three conference halls and twenty-five meeting rooms, these remarkable buildings can host conferences for up to 220 attendants. Furthermore, our venue features 130 hotel rooms. Also quite remarkable is the outdoor terrain of our conference hotel, which features beanbags, picnic tables, hammocks and a forest that forms a wonderful scenery for hosting a great variety of activities. The conference hotel is conveniently located at the centre of the Netherlands in between the city's Amersfoort and Utrecht. It is easily reached by car and public transport. The surrounding area is part of the large National parc the Utrechtse Heuvelrug.

Meeting Facilities
All meeting rooms are functionally equipped with a sound system, projector, flip chart and wi-fi. The rooms have airconditioning and daylight. Purified and cooled tapwater is served for free. Coffee and tea facilities are placed in coffeecorners in the vicinity of the meeting rooms. Suggestions for outdoor meetings and teambuilding activities are available.
