De Ruwenberg is located in a centuries-old park with a beautiful and original medieval castle at its centre. The castle is surrounded by 4 wings with 40 excellent conference and meeting rooms, all with large windows with view on the park. Each of the four wings has a luxurious lounge and terrace for exclusive use. All conference and meeting rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technologies. The 196 hotel rooms offer modern comfort and free Internet access. Our wellness and sportfacilities offers the necessary relaxation after a day of meeting. The 14ha estate offers excellent opportunities to organize recreational events, like shepherding or a boat trip.

De Ruwenberg is surrounded by a 14 acres estate and is located nearby the city centre of ‘s-Hertogenbosch. There are two bus stops, both reachable in a 2 minute walk connect delegates with two train stations (‘s-Hertogenbosch and Eindhoven) in 30 minutes. The A2 motorway is at 5 minute drive distance and connects with all parts of the country like Eindhoven airport (20 minutes), Utrecht (30 minutes), Schiphol Airport Amsterdam (60 minutes), Antwerpen (90 minutes) and Brussels or Dusseldorf in 90 minutes.

Meeting Facilities

The main building ‘castle De Ruwenberg’ dates from the 14th century with three classic style meeting rooms (Castle Room (16 persons), Fireplace Room (8 persons) or the Reception Room (8 persons). The castle consists of the original medieval entrance hall with in the centre the Atrium and its four units. The units offer 40 conference and meeting rooms, ranging from 2-450 persons. All rooms have large windows, advanced technology and have a connecting fully equipped lounge with a private terrace. Four separate units guarantee exclusiveness. All meeting rooms have free wifi, extensive A/V equipment, built-in LCD projectors, screens and whiteboards.
