Location

The NCED Conference Center & Hotel is located in Norman, Oklahoma, just 3 miles from the heart of the University of Oklahoma campus. Our hotel offers easy access to local attractions in the Norman area and our hotel is just a 25-minute drive from both downtown Oklahoma City and the Will Rogers Airport.

With over 75,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, there are endless conference opportunities. Whether your meeting requires lightning fast and secure internet lines or you are conducting business in your guest room, the hotel and conference center is equipped with the latest technology and recently upgraded Wi-Fi. Your on-site Event Manager will provide you with the individual attention you deserve.

We are happy to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for business in all guestrooms and public spaces, a business center that is open 24/7, as well as boarding pass kiosks to print flight information and a scale to weigh luggage.

Dining & Entertainment

Our conference dining restaurant, 3 Squares Eatery, is available from 5:30 AM - 10:00 AM for breakfast, 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM for lunch, and 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM for dinner. Additionally, the newly renovated GP 405 "A Norman Gastropub" has a full drink menu and limited bar menu available daily from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Our Grab & Go Marketplace is open 24/7 for sundries and Starbucks Coffee is available from 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM.
