Our over 150,000 sq. ft. of meeting space offers unparalleled versatility, perfect for any industry curriculum utilized by financial corporations, insurance companies, manufacturing, and much more! Key meeting spaces include: two ballrooms, three amphitheaters, and over 100 breakout rooms. You’ll also receive a dedicated Meeting Planner to help cover your program’s logistics, including on-site AV equipment, Wi-Fi, and material delivery.

Q Center happily provides all our attendees with access to our business center for assistance with printing, shipping, and airport transportation. Q Center also supports AV and technology setup, event and team building planning, and high-quality media and show production from our in-house team, Q Creative.

Q Center offers Complete Meeting Packages, meaning refreshment breaks and meals in our dining room are included during your stay. Meeting planners assist with adding private catered receptions and meals. Outside of meals included, Q Center offers additional outlets for attendees to enjoy in their own time, The Brick Oven Bistro and The Fox bar.

Q Center is happy to offer 1,043 on-site overnight accommodations, with three available room types based on your meeting needs: single-occupancy Standard rooms, traditionally sized Executive rooms, and Suites with executive furnishings and an additional living space.
Recreation & Leisure
The 95-acre campus features plenty of outdoor recreation offerings for to our attendees to enjoy. 6-pickleball courts, 6-half court basketball courts, 8-sand volleyball courts, a soccer field, softball field, 9-hole disc golf course, bike check out (available seasonally), and access to 40 scenic miles of the Fox River Trails. Indoor amenities include a 24/7 fitness center, with 4,500 sq. ft. and panoramic views. Guided fitness classes are offered weekly. For more casual fun, there’s Foose ball and billiards in The Fox bar, and a games area equipped with board games, playing cards, ping pong, and more!
